Sports Radio 1410 KGSO Contest Rules

The following rules apply to all contests in which Sports Radio 1410 KGSO is involved:

GENERAL

• KGSO reserves the right to change dates and terms of contests, including cancellation of contest, without prior notice.
• All decisions by KGSO management are final.
• Contests are open to all U.S. residents and no purchase is necessary.
• Contests are void where prohibited by law.
• Employees, representatives of KGSO, other Kansas radio stations or entities associated with the Contests, including members of the same household of any such entity may not participate in any contest and are not eligible to win.
• Any individual or entity deemed by KGSO as using fraudulent means to participate in or win a contest will be disqualified.
• KGSO is not responsible for electronic or technological difficulties (including property or equipment of KGSO) that keeps an individual or entity from participating. If a contestant caller/winner is disconnected before giving contact information KGSO reserves the right to proceed to next caller in line.
• All contest entries received by KGSO are sole property of KGSO.
• By participating in or winning contests, all individuals or entities grant KGSO the right to use their name and likeness, including voice, for purposes of promotion without compensation to the individual or entity.

PRIZES

• You must be over the age of 18 to be eligable to win prize packages totaling over $100.
• One winner per household per 30 days for prizes valued under $500.
• One winner per household per one year for prizes valued over $500.
• All sales, prize and other taxes, as well as any gratuities or other fees are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
• Prizes may not be redeemed for cash. They are not transferable or to be exchanged or substituted except at the discretion of KGSO or the other entities associated with the contest.
• Prizes unclaimed after 30 days become the property of KGSO.
• KGSO assumes no responsibility or liability for any loss, damage, or injury incurred from acceptance or use of a prize.
• KGSO is not responsible for replacing tickets to events or concerts that are cancelled due to weather, promoter, or performer.
• In the event of a concert or event falling within the 30 day limit of redeeming prizes the tickets or prizes not claimed will be forfeited 24 hours before the time of the performance, unless specified by KGSO.
• If the prizes are to be mailed to a contest winner, KGSO is not responsible for damage, theft, loss or non-delivery that is incurred after prizes leave the property of KGSO.
• Any person picking up a prize at the physical address of KGSO may be required to present photo ID at the sole discretion of the employees or representatives of KGSO.
